All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7-21 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

 

Shipping Restrictions: 
Currently, we ship within South Africa and to select international destinations. Please note that some products may have specific shipping restrictions due to local regulations.

 

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help:

 

Return Eligibility:  
We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements or perishable goods due to health and safety regulations.

Return Process:  
1. Contact our customer service team at help@khooii.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Refunds: 
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at help@khooii.com
