Ingredients:

- 4 homemade lentil wraps (see recipe below)

- 200g sliced turkey breast

- 2 ripe avocados, sliced

- 1 cup mixed greens

- 1 cup sliced veggie sticks (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers)

- 1/2 cup hummus

- Salt and pepper to taste


Lentil Wraps:

- 1 cup red lentils, soaked overnight

- 2 cups water

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions:


Lentil Wraps:

1. Prepare Lentils: Drain the soaked lentils and rinse them well. Place them in a blender with 2 cups of water and blend until smooth.

2. Cook Wraps: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of olive oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of the lentil batter into the skillet and spread it out to form a thin wrap. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter.
