Ingredients:

- 1 cup dates, pitted

- 1/2 cup peanut butter

- 1/4 cup chia seeds

- 1/4 cup oats

- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut (optional)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Pinch of salt
