1 garlic clove
1 leek, thinly sliced
1 small red onion
1/2 cabbage, shredded
400g mixed mushrooms
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt and ground pepper
1 iceberg or cos lettuce
2 tbsp tamari
2 tsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds to sprinkle
