Our Lemony Garlic Quinoa Salad with Chicken is a refreshing and hearty dish that’s perfect for any meal. Combining the nutty flavor of quinoa with tender chicken and a zesty lemon-garlic dressing, this salad is both satisfying and nourishing.


Ingredients:

1 cup quinoa

2 cups water

1 lb chicken breast, cooked and diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped

Juice of 2 lemons

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Recipe Instructions:
