Our Chili Rosemary Steak is a perfect choice for a luxurious yet easy-to-prepare dinner. With its combination of tender beef fillet steaks, aromatic rosemary, and spicy chili flakes, this recipe is sure to impress and satisfy.
Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- 4 x 200g beef fillet steaks
- 1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 leek, thinly sliced
- 1 broccoli head, steamed
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
Recipe Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Sprinkle the steaks with rosemary and chili flakes. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, and 10 minutes for well-done. Set aside and cover with foil for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the leek and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the broccoli and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the lemon zest and juice, and toss to coat.
4. Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
5. Serve the steaks with greens alongside.
