Bad gut parasites are microscopic organisms that can live in the human intestine. They can cause a variety of health problems, including diarrhea, abdominal pain, bloating, and weight loss. In some cases, they can even lead to serious health complications.

  • Traveling to countries with poor sanitation. Parasites are more common in countries with poor sanitation and hygiene practices.

  • Having contact with animals. As cute as our furbabies are, Parasites can be transmitted to humans through contact with infected animals or their feces.

As much as our body is amazing at cleansing itself, if we are not looking after it properly, how is your body supposed to function properly? From a holistic standpoint, there are a number of factors that can contribute to the development or aggravation of bad gut parasites. These include:

  • A diet that is high in processed foods and low in fiber. A diet that is high in processed foods and low in fiber can contribute to a weakened immune system and an imbalance in the gut microbiome. This can make it more difficult for the body to fight off parasitic infections.

  • Stress. Stress can also weaken the immune system and make the body more susceptible to parasitic infections.

  • Exposure to environmental toxins. Environmental toxins can damage the gut lining and make it more susceptible to parasitic infections.
