Our Fish Cakes with Lemon Tahini Yogurt and Rice recipe is a delightful and nutritious dish that's perfect for any meal. With the combination of fresh fish, creamy tahini yogurt, and fluffy rice, this recipe is sure to become a favorite.


Ingredients:

2 fish fillets (salmon or cod)

1 cup cooked rice

1 egg

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for frying


For the Lemon Tahini Yogurt:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tbsp tahini

Juice of 1 lemon

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt to taste


Recipe Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook the fish fillets and flake them into a bowl.

3. Add the cooked rice, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well to combine.

4. Form the mixture into small patties.

5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
