Cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower are known for their high nutrient content, including fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants. However, they contain goitrogens, compounds that can interfere with thyroid function if consumed in large amounts. For most people, moderate consumption of cruciferous vegetables does not pose a problem and can be part of a healthy diet. If you have thyroid issues, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider.
